Own end-to-end design for the Engagement team — the smart-banner SDK, Link Manager, and Bulk Link Creation — from discovery and research through eng-ready specs.

  • Lead UX research operations: recruited and ran studies with enterprise customers (SingLife, SiriusXM/Pandora), synthesized findings into structured insight documents, and translated them into product direction.
  • Designed complex interaction systems — A/B test variant flows, campaign state navigation, dirty-state modals, and bulk-editing workflows for large link libraries.
